Expect beach chic, a trendy bar and wonderful Bajan and Caribbean dishes when you dine at the resort’s beautiful new restaurant. Offering creative and tasty buffet selections for breakfast and lunch, Mahogany also provides tempting à la carte and buffet dinner options.

Aqua Terra

Aqua Terra is an elegant yet casual restaurant which opens for lunch and dinner  and specialises in serving fresh seafood and top-quality steaks cooked to perfection.

When you’ve finished dining inside, head to the Sunset Deck, the restaurant’s casual lounge, which is a perfect place to relax with a cocktail and watch the sun go down.

Cerulean

A wonderful setting for a intimate and romantic meal, Cerulean provides stunning ocean views and a sophisticated à la carte dinner menu.

The Flying Fish

Dine with your feet in the sand at this relaxed venue located just off the beach and near to the family pool. Serves tantalising fare hot from the grill, pizzas made to order, pasta and fresh salads.

This is a lovely spot for family diners and a swimwear friendly option for lunch service.

The Rum Shop Café

When it’s time for a sweet treat, head to The Rum Shop Cafe and choose from the wide selection of homemade Bajan pastries, ‘Bajan cutters’, ice cream, delicious smoothies and fresh juices. You can also get a Bajan Rum Punch, ice cold beer or a customised infused gourmet coffee.

Chef’s Table: A pop-up dining experience featuring a custom five-course tasting menu designed by the executive chef. Reservations are required for this intimate dining experience which also features a wonderful selection of wines.

Five Bars: There are five bars spread across the hotel so there’s plenty of places to relax with your favourite drink.
